Once your order has been submitted on our website, you will receive confirmation by email. Please provide appropriate contact details as we may need to contact you regarding your order.

Orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We accept credit/debit card, E.F.T  .

We aim to process your order promptly. Depending on where you reside in Australia please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Our preferred delivery method is by Australia Post.

Due to freight costs we usually do not ship goods outside Australia. For shipping outside Australia please contact us via website/email for a quote.

All claims for damaged stock or stock shortages must be notified via email within 5 working days of receipt of order delivery. We may ask in some cases to provide photo evidence in relation to damages.

Please note that all sizes/designs quoted are approximate and may vary slightly as all goods are handmade.
